Do I need new hardware to use ADVIFI?
Usually, you don’t.
For the Basic and Business plans, we work with the most popular hardware – Ubiquity & MikroTik. Contact us, and we will confirm compatibility with your existing hardware model.
For Enterprise plans, we work with a broader variety of hardware options. Contact us, and we will confirm your hardware model’s compatibility.
If you don’t have the necessary hardware, we’ll recommend compatible options available at your local electronics store.
Can you upgrade my Wi-Fi remotely?
Yes! If you have access to your router and a live internet connection – we can set up ADVIFI on your hotspot remotely anywhere in the world.
What happens if I change my internet provider?
No problem! ADVIFI is compatible with most routers and ISPs, so as long as you keep your hardware, switching providers won’t affect your setup.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your Wi-Fi will return to normal without ADVIFI’s engagement features.
